Spend a Long Summer Weekend With Me

There's something about a long summer weekend that makes everything feel a little more relaxed.
This weekend was packed as my family hosted a big holiday get-together with friends and neighbors. Between pool days, time at the lake, great food, and plenty of conversation, there was always something happening. After a busy few days, Sunday was all about slowing down, catching up on a few things around the house, and enjoying a well-earned lazy day.
Things have been a little quieter on the moving-to-Scotland front while I wait for the next big steps, so I thought this would be the perfect weekend to pick up my camera and document life at home. I'm so glad I did....these are the kinds of everyday memories I'm hoping to preserve through this blog and my YouTube channel.
